Tutoring Approach:	As a tutor, I use developmentally appropriate method of teaching as well as a learner centered approach. Individualized instruction is emphasized in teaching. When I tutor it is just like I am in a real classroom setting because I see to it that a student is motivated as well as as there is proper phase in presenting the lesson. And of course there are varied activities for application and later is a quiz to test the student's understanding.
